With my trauma-informed skill-set and your inner healing wisdom, together we can heal trauma, support grief & loss, reflect on life transitions, and increase self awareness and insight into patterns you’re ready to change. I am a Level 3 Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and a Coherence Therapy practitioner. In addition to trauma, grief & loss, transitions and relationships, I assist those using psychedelic medicines for healing to process altered consciousness and integrate new insights. Non-violent communication and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFS couples therapy) informs my work with those seeking to resolve interpersonal conflict & do relationship repair.
