The healing process is a journey that begins with a safe and trusting relationship with your therapist. I provide a non-judgmental therapeutic environment to facilitate your self-exploration. I have experience working with adults from various backgrounds, with a focus on emotional distress, anxiety, depression, adjusting to life transitions (i.e. divorce, new baby), trauma (child sexual assault, domestic violence, and war). I utilize a pragmatic eclectic yet holistic approach which integrates empathy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Narrative, and EMDR to promote change. For more than 20 years, I have assisted individuals through their challenges that might include depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, domestic violence, and grief and loss. I work with individuals to cope, while healing. Specializing in Veterans and Seniors. I accept Medicare.
