I believe the personal connection between therapist and client is essential to a satisfying relationship. I strive to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for my clients based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation. Using a person centered approach to therapy enables me to establish great rapport with my clients initially and to guide them to improve their thought process, emotional state, strengthen relationships, and learn coping skills. I have been honored to assist adults and teenagers through difficult life transitions and increased life satisfaction. I am a mom to two children, a high school and a college student.
