Oftentimes, those who appear the most "put-together" are those who feel they are on the edge of falling apart. We are shaped by all of our experiences, which can sometimes result in us engaging with life in ways that feel painful, discouraging, upsetting, or confusing. I offer a space to focus on mindfulness, skill integration, and reflection to explore deeper aspects of the self. Although confronting what we keep hidden can feel overwhelming, giving a voice to the thoughts and feelings that influence actions can illuminate root causes, shifting unconscious patterns and leading to lives we are excited to live.
