I love working with clients who are eager to start their healing journey but don't quite know where or how to begin, as well as clients who have tried therapy before and want to continue learning more about themselves. I have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, those who have received a "late-in-life" neurodivergent diagnosis, neurodivergent AFAB and female-identifying clients, folks who have experienced trauma, individuals experiencing burnout, and those moving through grief and loss. It is also an honor to support individuals through healing the complex yet frequent convergence of the above experiences.
