My name is Cara Stearns Entz. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Los Angeles. In my 29 years as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and children dealing with struggles impacting their lives. Typically, I provide therapy via telehealth for individuals, families, couples, and teens. In-person sessions are best for children dealing with anxiety, depression, and behavior concerns. My therapeutic approach is based on the client I am working with at the time.
