We are very intentional about creating a space where all parts of you (your ancestors, the systems that shaped you, your otherness) are welcomed and seen. Over the last eighteen years or so we have learned wonderful therapy approaches such as EMDR, somatic work, CBT, Sandtray, Theraplay, ACT, and others. Our specialty areas include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, general mood disorders, selective mutism and post-traumatic stress disorder.
