My clients are women, men or couples who need help healing from stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, narcissistic abuse , binge eating, and relationship difficulties. They might be clearing up job problems, family dynamics and might be coping with eldercare issues. They need to express their feelings, concerns, fears, ideas, and goals and get the support and guidance they want to accomplish those goals. They are developing coping skills to become calmer, more hopeful, happier, more confident and successful people in their day to day lives. I provide in person therapy or Zoom/Telehealth therapy for your convenience.
