Hello and welcome! I work with adolescents and adults of all ages but specialize in working with recent high school and college graduates entering the next phase of their lives. My focus is on working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, life stress/transitions, executive functioning challenges, emotional dysregulation, or self-harm. I specialize in building rapport with upcoming and recent high school graduates, college students, young adults and adults approaching midlife as we work through stressor/adjustments in life.
