Deciding to engage in therapy can be a daunting task and I believe the connection to your therapist is extremely important. With me you'll experience a safe, secure, and non-judgemental environment in which to explore oneself on a much deeper level. I come from a psychodynamic and attachment lenes in which to explore oneself deeper and make connections to current behaviors. Through increased awareness and understanding of ourselves, I believe we can gain the power necessary to change that to which is causing difficulties in our lives. I have a passion for helping others gain greater awareness and insight into their lives.
