I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My experience includes having worked with adults who struggle with PTSD, trauma (as well as military-related PTSD), depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, personality disorders, mood disorders, postpartum + pregnancy + fertility related struggles, grief/loss/bereavement, substance use/addiction, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation/crisis intervention. I specialize in perinatal mental health and I received training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
