Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help adults struggling with trauma, grief, phobias, life transitions and many other issues that leave them feeling stuck or in endless emotional and/or physical pain. These are often veterans, first responders, or survivors of childhood abuse, overwhelmed new mothers—who feel paralyzed or stuck. They want relief, resolution, and the ability to move forward with their lives.
