I can help by providing a non-judgmental space to sort out personal, family, or couples' issues. Therapy provides a new perspective where you can succeed and achieve your goals. Counseling is an opportunity to use your strengths to solve obstacles, reach goals, and regain confidence in self. Healing begins with taking the first step by making an appointment. Each client is met with individualized treatment planning and a customized modality of therapy to ensure highest possible outcomes. I have a passion for working with people, which allows me to provide a personalized client-centered approach. I am trained in Gottman relationship counseling and have extensive experience in substance abuse and individual counseling. I also have experience working with mood and cognitive disorders such as depression/anxiety.
