Hi there! My name is Cari Garcia and I've been an LCSW since 2012. I’m ready to dig in with anyone willing to put in the work. I’m committed to holding a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone, whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, need anger management, or are just feeling stuck in your life. I believe that there are different levels of transformation and healing because my hope is, we are evolving and growing daily. Along with the traditional modalities such as CBT, Narrative, and Family Systems therapy, I like to pull in mindfulness practices and I always consider your cultural background and environment.
