Hello, my name is Dr. Caridad Lyons McDonald, but you can call me "Dr. Mac." I am a Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I help my clients to emphasize empowerment and self-acceptance in their lives. I work together with adolescents, and adults to help them stride towards controlling behavioral or emotional patterns that cause significant impairment in personal functioning, within the family, work, or school environment.
