I am a Somatic Therapist and Brainspotting Practitioner with an emphasis on Attachment Theory. My work is exploratory and creative and bridges the emotional, physical, spiritual, and energetic realms/bodies. I'm a best fit for those who desire deep healing and to explore the mystery of transformation while ruthlessly journeying for the treasure, their greatness. My core intention is to support you on a journey toward joy, clarity, and personal empowerment. As the journey unfolds, I support the purifying and healing of trauma stored in your body so that your gifts can be more deeply felt and more fully expressed. To support epigenetic healing, I incorporate the ancient spiritual tradition of Shamanism, Gene Keys and Human Design, the I-Ching, Tarot, Numerology, and North Node Astrology, as well as Gestalt/Jungian methods. I use Gene Keys and Human Design Profiles as an oracle or window into the unconscious, illuminating one's woundings and genetic imprinting.
