About
With over 25 years of clinical experience and advanced degrees in both social work and psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the human expereince to my work with teens and adults. Grief and Loss come in many forms - death, relationship loss, issues with fertility, employment/career changes, or changes in identity or purpose. Each person's journey is unique. I know that it is important to feel seen, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate, trauma informed space to process these expereinces and move toward healing and meaning. View 8 Photos In addition to grief, loss, and life transitions, I specialize in helping clients work through depression, anxiety and trauma. I draw on evidenced based modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strength based practices, always client centered and tailored to your needs and pace.
