Giving a person the tools to understand their emotions early in life is vital to building healthy relationships. Feelings can be messy for adults, even more so for children who may be experiencing difficult emotions for the first time. I want to support you and your child as we navigate through these emotional challenges at a pace that is comfortable to them and meets them at their developmental level. I strive to help children and adolescents achieve their goals of higher self esteem, empowerment, and strong peer and family relationships.
