Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted doesn’t mean something is wrong with you, it means you’ve been carrying a lot. I support clients experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, overthinking, and persistent worry, as well as those navigating relationship changes, parenthood, career transitions, loss, and identity shifts. Many feel stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected despite appearing “high-functioning.” Using a strengths-based, whole-person approach, I help clients reconnect with their resilience and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Mental and physical well-being are closely interconnected, with thoughts, emotions, and life experiences influencing both psychological and physiological functioning. For this reason, therapy includes the exploration of stress levels, sleep patterns, energy, movement, and self-care practices, that are meaningful and sustainable.
