As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at PATS Consultants, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. I help clients express themselves in meaningful ways, I sometimes incorporate creative interventions such as music therapy and poetry therapy.
