I operate from a sex-positive theoretical background; free of shame and pleasure-focused. I have a special focus on those recovering from religious trauma and/or purity culture narratives. Additionally, I offer community education on body image and sexuality. My focus is in sexuality and relationships. Specifically, I enjoy working with folks who are wanting to reconnect to their sexuality who have been disconnected due to purity culture, trauma, illness, abusive relationships, or insecurity. HAES-aligned and focused on liberation of oppressed bodies.
