I am a licensed therapist with over 5 years providing psychotherapy in various settings such as schools, private practice & substance use centers. I specialize in assisting clients battling anxiety, depression, and substance use, among other difficulties. In addition to anxiety, depression; I also assist individuals in finding relief from shame, relationship struggles, family concerns and low self esteem. My goal is to meet my clients where they are emotionally and help them live the life they want.
