Are you an adult carrying the weight of past experiences? You’re in the right place and you don’t have to carry this alone. As an adult, trauma can leave you feeling fearful, alone and stuck long after the event has passed. Are you a parent worried about your child and their big feelings? I am here to help! Children can present with anxiety, anger, ADHD as well as many other areas that make the days feel so much harder. They don’t have to be, you and your child both deserve more then that. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children and adults. I engage children through play-led therapy allowing children to process experiences in ways that feel natural and safe for them. With adults, I work collaboratively to help you understand yourself and your potential. I utilize EMDR as a form of trauma therapy.
