Hello and welcome! Whether you’re just beginning your therapy journey or seeking new support, I’m here to offer compassionate guidance, specializing in the areas of eating disorders, artists/creatives, ADHD, and the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) experience. Together, we can build upon your strengths, illuminate areas in your life that need more care and attention, and identify patterns that may, or may not, be serving you. I provide LGBTQIA+ informed care, and I continuously seek trainings and experiences to broaden my capabilities as a culturally competent therapist. I enjoy helping clients to identify and express their feelings, get in tune with their needs and desires, and to build the confidence to unapologetically be themselves. And yes, sometimes this means getting in touch with our sense of humor!
