As a person-centered therapist, I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity to reach their fullest potential and live their best life with the right support and environment. I work with individuals of all ages, addressing a range of concerns, but my passion lies in trauma treatment and play therapy. Many of us carry the weight of untreated trauma, preventing us from living life to the fullest. My goal is to help you shed that weight and rediscover your inner strength and healing. For my young clients, I incorporate play therapy and other evidence-based treatment models to make therapy fun and engaging. Seeing children grow and thrive is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
