Therapy can assist in helping create healthy constructive responses that nurture growth and healing. I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space in order for this to happen. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, parent/child conflict, codependency, life transitions, grief/loss, OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders. I am also an EMDRIA approved EMDR trained clinician.
