I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor offering in-person sessions and telehealth counseling sessions for residents of New Jersey. Most of my experience has been in the private practice setting providing therapy to adolescents, couples and adults. I meet all clients where they are at and use different modalities to meet their needs. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults dealing with but not limited to anxiety, depression, social issues, life transitions, boundaries, mood disorders and self esteem issues.
