About

My primary focus is working with young adults who are struggling with the challenges of emerging into adulthood while also battling depression, anxiety, mood instability, and other such symptomology. However, I also work with adults of all ages. My approach is to assist clients with developing insight into themselves and their surroundings while increasing coping and life skills through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which decrease these symptoms and increase quality of life.
