Hello! My counseling style is deeply rooted in a client-centered, empathic, humanistic, and non-judgmental point of view. I also hold a firm belief that everyone has the ability within themselves to not only enact change but also be their very own change agent. I believe that recognizing our own strengths and understanding how we've used those strengths to succeed in the past can be incredibly useful in reducing acute symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, I believe strongly in the inherent worth and dignity of every person.
