Finding treatment you can trust can be difficult. I aim to make it easier. I specialize in working with teens and young adults seeking personalized care for concerns like depression, anxiety, OCD, and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Drawing from my experience as an attending psychologist at Boston Children's Hospital and a faculty of Harvard Medical School, I am also comfortable working with a wide spectrum of concerns and severities. With training in psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioral therapies, I use evidence-based practice to adapt my approach to the unique needs of each person I work with. Rather than focusing only on weekly concerns or teaching from a manual, I encourage those who speak with me to say everything, especially what they can't say elsewhere.
