We are equipped with everything we need. Sometimes, we simply need help accessing the parts of ourselves that strengthen us to live a healthy and fulfilled life. Through therapy, we can accomplish that. I have fifteen years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples in various settings. For most of my career, I have worked with the military community, helping them heal from trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence issues.
