I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life transitions, improve coping skills, build stronger relationships, gain personal insight, and inevitably obtain a greater sense of well-being and overall peace. I have ten years of counseling experience and am ready to walk alongside you. Being vulnerable is not easy and advocating for yourself can be a challenge.
