In life we sometimes experience obstacles and challenges that are difficult to navigate which leaves us unsure of how to resolve them. Most of the time, the answers one needs are within, but the turmoil of the situation makes the solutions difficult to recognize or determine. I believe in providing support that acknowledges your challenges while helping you discover the solution to moving forward. My therapeutic approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and brief solution focused counseling techniques.
