I walk alongside clients who commit to the process of therapy for positive change in one or more areas of life: physical, mental, social, spiritual, home/environment, career, finances, and recreational wellness. My vision is to help clients shed light on their thoughts, behaviors and actions, supporting personal paths towards healing and fulfillment. I have a beloved and devoted helper in my office. Pringles, a black lab, is my certified facility dog, who brings a calming and reassuring presence to sessions.
