In life, we will undoubtedly experience difficult transitions. It could be the loss of a loved one or pet to death through disease, accident, or natural causes. You or a loved one may even face cancer or other life-threatening situations in which you will need support from others. My professional experience includes working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds facing various issues. I have supported clients confronting these transitions while witnessing them gain greater self-awareness. I currently work with adults and seniors, including current and former athletes and coaches. I am also licensed in NJ an FL. I have also witnessed these clients becoming stronger and more confident through the healing process. I also addressed with clients associated conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, loss of self-esteem, burnout, and just feeling stuck. I offer empathetic and personable individualized therapeutic services utilizing different theoretical orientations.
