My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and compassionate space for you to share your feelings and concerns. I have many years of experience utilizing strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, self care and stress management. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss or feeling overwhelmed with a life transition we can work together to help you navigate through this challenging time and get your life moving in a direction that works best for you. I have a special interest in grief counseling as well as supporting caregivers experiencing anticipatory grief.
