I see therapy as such a gift to oneself when trying to make sense of one's identity, relationships, and purpose in this world. My clinical focus is on helping people cope with depression, anxiety, and stress during life transitions to remind my clients of their strengths and how these strengths can help them not only cope, but also celebrate these new chapters in their lives. I have extensive experience in health related issues, acculturation stressors, and on parenting stressors. I strive to create a space of safety that helps my clients feel heard and understood. I am bilingual (Spanish) and bicultural (Ecuadorian descent).
