I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) based in IL, and I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I also see clients in person in Geneva, IL. I work with teens and adults and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and a holistic approach in therapeutic interventions. I believe that the strongest therapeutic relationship is one built on trust. With a nonjudgmental and supportive approach, I am a collaborative partner in the process of change, helping you navigate life’s challenges.
