Hello. I appreciate your choosing to seek care from a mental health professional. My therapeutic approach is to use empathy to hear your story through your perspective and help you build upon your inner strength. Together we will decide what direction our sessions will go. Because being vulnerable creates different emotions, I provide a respectful and judgement-free space. Together, in this space, we can safely explore your thoughts and feelings and goals.Facing these challenges can be hard, but you do not have to do it alone. With your own commitment and my empowerment you can achieve your goals. I have over ten years of experience. My specialties are working with anxiety, depression, grief, self harm, divorce, low self esteem, school difficulties, relationship issues, conflict resolution, and maternal mental health concerns. I have experience with children and school programs (i.e. IEP’s); I have experience with individual and group work.
