My approach to therapy is based on empathetic listening, genuineness, and congruence. It matters to me most that my clients feel heard and safe to share their thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Thematically, I am deeply interested in grief and life transitions, including the challenges experienced after retirement, or in the face of a major illness.
