I offer adults and adolescents a caring and supportive environment to explore life’s challenging obstacles. I recognize the strength and courage it can take to seek therapy, and believe in the strength of the human spirit to overcome the circumstances that cause us pain. Often our struggles can leave us feeling isolated and alone, I seek to join in the healing process, working collaboratively with my clients. I use a holistic, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to therapy to help meet your personal goals.
