Navigating life's challenges can be difficult, especially for children, teens and neurodivergent individuals. I believe that every person has an inner template for healing, and my role is to help them rediscover it. I provide an affirming, collaborative space where children, teens and young adults can unmask and feel truly seen. Sessions are collaborative, client-led and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Whether using play-based tools or specialized trauma processing, we focus on honoring their authentic self while building self-advocacy and confidence.
