I work with clients of all ages who are facing anxiety, trauma, mood instability, or life transitions—using EMDR, play therapy, & brain-based approaches rooted in a Christ-centered framework. Over the past year, I have trained in play therapy as well as cognitive and behavioral approaches, and I am currently pursuing additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration, and EMDR with a focus on children and adolescents.
