The process of beginning therapy can feel intimidating and daunting, but you have already made the first step! Congratulations! I am a firm believer that therapy is for everyone, whether you have experienced trauma, relational struggles, anxiety, or the transitions that are inherent with our lives. Often times, these burdens become much too heavy for us to bear alone and infringe on our growth and ability to reach our optimal potential. I want to help my clients view themselves through the lens of self compassion and growth. I am honored to walk through whatever journey my clients are willing to bring me on.
