We all hit roadblocks in our lives at some point. We experience issues we no longer feel able to manage alone, have problems we can't find our own solution to, or feel consumed by thoughts or emotions we can't seem to turn off. Sometimes we need an unbiased sounding board to bounce solutions and ideas off of. Sometimes we could use a little help incorporating new coping skills or problem-solving strategies into our lives.
