My mission is to assist your growth by walking alongside you and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic and safe place to work through any issues, personal development, relationship concerns, and conflict. Together, we can find solutions and develop plans and skills to handle life’s twists and turns. I enjoy working with all age groups addressing a variety of mental health concerns and have a passion for helping women live their best lives. I believe everyone is unique and therefore distinctive techniques may need to be used for each individual. I take an eclectic approach but lean towards humanistic, parts work, attachment and NARM perspectives.
