Have you ever found yourself asking “are things always going to feel this hard?” From the moment we are born, our life experiences and relational connections are integral to creating the neural pathways that control how we think, act and feel. Every conversation, relationship, success, and rejection contribute to paving the roadmap of our brain. The good news is that due to the brain’s plasticity, new pathways can always be created. My hope is to be an avenue that God uses to help you navigate this healing, self-discovery, and growth through a person-centered, empathetic style of treatment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Mississippi. I have 5 years of experience working in the mental health field, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with all ages from varying faith backgrounds. I am passionate about serving others through a trauma-informed and culturally-conscious lens.
