About
I’m Carli Weed, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Bloom & Branch Counseling. I graduated from Rutgers University–Camden in 2019 and have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of settings, including substance use treatment, geriatric care, and clinical mental health services. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the unique journeys that shape each person’s story. In our first session, we’ll review intake paperwork to better understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll then begin working collaboratively on a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. During this session, we will build our therapeutic alliance foundation.
