I work with children, teens, adults, and college students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating concerns, or difficulty regulating emotions. They are often seeking a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and validated. Together, we focus on building effective coping skills, improving emotional regulation, processing past experiences, and increasing confidence and resilience. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, grounded, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
