Finding a therapist can be like online dating, it takes a few awkward matches before finding the right fit! Give yourself permission to explore and find a good connection for your therapy journey. I primarily work with clients who are struggling in their relationships with their mind, career, and connections (friends, family, romance, all the peeps). We work together to gain insight into patterns and learn new skills for coping, communication and boundary setting. For those wanting to go a little deeper, I love utilizing EMDR to address the core issues at hand. Often our past experiences contribute to our current realities.
